It depends mainly on how many photos you include. Each photo is shown for about 5 seconds (4.5 seconds with 76–150 photos, 4 seconds with 151–300), and the opening and closing titles add about 15 seconds — plus up to about 30 seconds if you add a remembrance line and messages. For example, 25 photos make a video of about 2–3 minutes, 75 photos about 6–7 minutes, 150 photos about 11–12 minutes and 300 photos about 20–21 minutes. Up to 75 photos with the Simple Tribute, up to 150 with the Standard Tribute, and up to 300 with the Deluxe Tribute. Your package is chosen automatically from the number of photos you include, and you'll see the exact price before you pay. Every package includes the same beautiful video. Simple Tribute videos run up to about 7 minutes, Standard Tribute about 6–12 minutes and Deluxe Tribute about 10–21 minutes.

Yes, as many as you like before you purchase — change your photos, their order, your words or the music, and watch the free preview again. The preview shows a faint PREVIEW watermark, which doesn't appear in your purchased video. Once you purchase, that version becomes final and can no longer be changed.

Because you can watch your complete tribute for free before you buy, purchases are normally final, subject to your legal rights — so please check your preview carefully. Requests are reviewed case by case. If you're charged twice, if your video has a problem we can't correct, or if we can't deliver it, contact us within 14 days and we'll normally refund you in full. Your photos are personal and precious, and we treat them that way. They're kept in private storage and used only to create your memorial video — never made public, never sold, and never used in advertising.
