Are our family photos kept private?
Your photos are personal and precious, and we treat them that way. They're kept in private storage and used only to create your memorial video — never made public, never sold, and never used in advertising. Apart from us, they're handled only by the service providers that store them and create your video. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to 75 photos with the Simple Tribute, up to 150 with the Standard Tribute, and up to 300 with the Deluxe Tribute. Your package is chosen automatically from the number of photos you include, and you'll see the exact price before you pay. Every package includes the same beautiful video.
What if I'm not comfortable with technology?
That's exactly who we designed this for. Every step is simple enough to complete from a phone, with clear guidance along the way. If you get stuck, you're always welcome to contact us.
How long does it take to receive our video?
You can watch a preview of your tribute while you create it. After you purchase, your full-quality video is prepared automatically — usually within a few minutes, a little longer for larger collections — and a Download button appears on your tribute's page as soon as it's ready.
Can we make changes after we see it?
Yes, before you purchase. You can change your photos, their order, your words and the music as often as you like, and watch the free preview each time. Once you purchase, that version becomes final and can no longer be changed.
What music can we use?
You'll choose one piece from our small library of instrumental music, created for Easy Memorial Videos and licensed for use in your memorial video. You can play your video at services and gatherings and share it with family and friends. If you post it on social media or video sites, those sites have their own music rules and may occasionally flag music automatically. Every package includes the same music, and you can listen to each piece before deciding.
How do we receive the finished video?
When your video is ready, download it from your tribute's page as a high-quality video file you can keep, share with family and friends, or play at a service. You can download it again for 12 months after your purchase.
What happens to our photos after the video is finished?
Unfinished tributes are saved for about 30 days after your last visit, then deleted. For a purchased tribute, your photos and finished video are kept for 12 months after your purchase so you can download it again, and are then deleted. You can also ask us to delete them sooner. Can I get a refund?
Because you can watch your complete tribute for free before you buy, purchases are normally final — so please check your preview carefully. If you're charged twice, if your video has a problem we can't correct, or if we can't deliver it, contact us within 14 days and we'll normally refund you in full. Our Refund Policy has the details.
